I will meet with you every other week for three months (total of six 60-minute sessions) to help you build a practical plan and achieve your wellness goals. The focus will be on expanding your education and introducing new habits that lead to a more energetic and vibrant life.
Each week new habits, new foods, and new goals will be introduced with the intention of building awareness of how these changes can easily be folded into your life.
